Main Office
A lot takes place behind the scenes for McBIC’s Sunday morning services and weekly ministries to run smoothly. Regular volunteers support the main office staff through computer work, answering phones, and other administrative tasks. Contact our office staff for more information.
kids’ ministry
McBIC Kids is made up of both adult and youth leaders on Sunday mornings. They serve as nursery and preschool leaders/helpers, small group leaders, Bible storytellers, and buddies for kids with special needs. Background checks and clearances are required. Contact Pastor Jen for more information.
Facilities
McBIC has a volunteer team that performs grounds maintenance (e.g. mowing, landscaping, shoveling, etc.), minor facilities repairs, and maintenance around the church. Duties are performed as needed and during planned work days. Contact our office staff for more information.
youth ministry
Volunteers serve in McBIC Youth primarily as small group leaders who mentor and connect with our students. Background checks and clearances are required. Contact Pastor Evan (middle school youth) or Pastor Cody (high school youth) for more information.
First Impressions
Our greeters and Coffee Corner servers extend gracious hospitality and help create a welcoming environment on Sunday mornings. All volunteers are expected to attend a training session to review the ministry’s values and responsibilities. Contact Pastor Cindy for more information.
worship ministry
McBIC's worship ministry seeks to develop God-given gifts, talents, and abilities to lead other believers in worship to Jesus Christ. Opportunities to serve in McBIC Worship include music, A/V support, creative arts and more. Contact Pastor Hersh for more information.
