Cindy Agoncillo

Associate pastor of young adults and first impressions

Cindy has been a leader in the young adult ministry since she started attending McBIC in 2012, and she joined the McBIC staff in September 2019. With a heart for college students and young adults, she is passionate about helping others discover, pursue, and fulfill the call that God has placed on their lives. She is also devoted to pursuing antiracism in her own life and has a deep desire for racial justice and reconciliation.

Cindy graduated from Messiah College in 2009 with a bachelor’s in studio art with a concentration in graphic design. Prior to joining the McBIC staff, she worked as a graphic designer for 10 years. As part of her leadership of the First Impressions ministry, Cindy applies her experience in design to McBIC’s digital presence and sermon graphics. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in counseling from Messiah University.

In 2016, Cindy launched Pillar House, a personal ministry that provides mentorship and housing for young adults during their first year after college graduation.
