Music Outreach

McBIC Worship actively partners with the local community by providing live music for various community events, non-profit organizations, local establishments, and for residents at local nursing homes. We believe that the gift of music can be a powerful conduit for building relationships, and our desire is to bring Christ's hope, encouragement, and love through the joy of familiar and original music and songs. Our worship teams are also available to assist other churches, and we can provide consulting to worship ministries. For more information about any of our outreach teams, please contact Pastor Hersh.

KZ Band

KZ Band is a small group of three to four team members who love to play in the community. They play an eclectic mix of pop-jazz standards and originals and have also provided Christmas music at various venues. They have a heart to bless the community, bring a smile to their listeners, and talk about life and the Lord.

By The Way

Formed in 2014, By the Way is a “smooth jazz” and blues ensemble consisting of saxophone, keys, bass guitar, drum kit, and vocals. With songs such as “Fly Me to the Moon,” “Stand By Me,” and original tunes and arrangements, BTW has pleased audiences at events like Jubilee Day, Harrisburg Senators games, and non-profit events, as well as at local establishments. They love to support and encourage the local community through live music.

As Written

This team is comprised of about six members, which includes piano, drums, bass, violin, guitar, and vocals. They mix it up with a combination of Celtic and jazz styles, especially around Christmas.

Jay and Chelsie Moss

Jay and Chelsie are an amazing guitar and vocal combo! Over the last eight years or so, they have played broadly in the central PA region and have connected well with other local artists. Their creative, easy-listening style of pop covers and original songs allows them to play for small and larger audiences.
